1. Services Offered

Capers Ventures provides digital marketing services, consulting, AI-powered lead generation strategies, and digital products to small business owners primarily in Eastern North Carolina. Services include but are not limited to:

  • AI Readiness Audits
  • 30-Day AI Pipeline Sprints
  • Monthly Growth Retainer services
  • Email nurture sequences, funnel builds, and automation setup
  • Digital downloads, guides, and educational products

2. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Square. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and we will work to make it right. Refunds for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis. Service retainers are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice — no partial-month refunds.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products (guides, templates, playbooks, etc.) are delivered electronically and are for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these materials without written permission from Capers Ventures.

5. Service Delivery

Timelines stated in our service descriptions are estimates. We will communicate proactively if a deliverable is delayed. Capers Ventures is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including client delays in providing required information or access.

6. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and access credentials in a timely manner
  • Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed period
  • Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms used in your service (GHL, Google, Meta, etc.)

7. Results Disclaimer

Marketing results vary by business, industry, and market conditions. Any case studies, testimonials, or examples on this website represent individual results and are not guarantees of what you will achieve. Capers Ventures makes no specific income or lead generation guarantees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on pariscapers.com — including text, graphics, logos, and digital products — is owned by Capers Ventures and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, customer lists, and financial data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Capers Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Capers Ventures, its owner, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email and opting in, you consent to receive marketing and transactional messages from Capers Ventures. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (SMS) or clicking unsubscribe (email). See our Privacy Policy for more details on data use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Onslow County, North Carolina.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
