Operator Leverage Calculator

What is the busywork actually costing you?

You are the owner, the operator, and the admin assistant. Punch in three honest numbers and see what the manual follow-ups, scheduling, and chasing leads add up to over a year. The math stays on screen — no email gate, nothing hidden.

Your numbers

Adjust anything — results update as you type.

Follow-ups, scheduling, data entry, copy-pasting between tools.
$
What an hour of your time is worth doing the work only you can do.
Inbounds you never got back to, or got back to too late.
$
What one closed customer is typically worth to you.

What it costs you

Per year, on the numbers you entered.

Annual hours lost to admin hours/week × 52 416 hrs
Dollar cost of that manual time hours/week × 52 × rate $31,200
Revenue left on the table uncontacted leads, winnable share $12,000
Total annual leverage gap
$43,200
Time cost + revenue you never closed.

The $27 AI Readiness Audit looks at exactly where these hours and leads are leaking and tells you what to automate first. No contract, no agency retainer to find out.

The math, in the open

How the numbers are calculated

  • Annual hours lost = hours/week × 52 weeks → 8 × 52 = 416 hrs
  • Dollar cost of manual time = hours/week × 52 × your hourly value → 8 × 52 × $75 = $31,200
  • Revenue left on the table = uncontacted leads/month × 12 × 20% winnable × avg deal value → 10 × 12 × 20% × $500 = $12,000
  • Total leverage gap = time cost + revenue left on the table → $31,200 + $12,000 = $43,200

The 20% figure is a deliberately conservative assumption: it says only one in five leads you never contacted would have actually bought. The real point isn't the exact dollar — it's that the number is never zero, and most of it is recoverable with a few well-placed automations. Numbers are an estimate, not a guarantee.

Built by an operator

Capers Ventures is run by Paris Capers — a 34-year-old Marine veteran in Eastern North Carolina (Sneads Ferry) who builds the same lead-capture and follow-up systems for one-person businesses that big companies pay agencies for. The whole idea here is leverage: stop trading your billable hours for admin you could automate once and forget.

Start small. The $27 AI Readiness Audit shows you where your time and leads are leaking. From there the ladder is a $497 30-Day Pipeline Sprint to build the fix, then a $297/mo Growth Retainer to keep it running. No contracts.
