Refund Policy

Effective date: June 13, 2026

This policy explains how refunds work for the products and services offered by Capers Ventures, founded by Paris Capers and operated out of Eastern North Carolina (Sneads Ferry). We want it to be fair, plain-spoken, and honest. We would rather earn your trust than trap you in a charge.

What we sell

Our offers fall into two categories, and refund treatment differs between them:

Digital goods (the $27 AI Readiness Audit)

Because the Audit is a digital product that is delivered in full once it is sent, it is generally non-refundable after delivery. That said, if you have not yet received your audit, or if something went wrong on our end (you were charged but never got the deliverable, or it was sent incomplete), reach out and we will make it right — either by delivering what you paid for or by refunding you.

If you bought the Audit and changed your mind before we have started the research and delivered it, contact us and we will refund the $27 with no friction.

Services (the 30-Day Sprint and Growth Retainer)

Services are different from a one-time download because they consume scheduled time and produce work as we go.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, the product or service you purchased, the date of purchase, and a short note on what happened. You can also reach us by phone at (910) 378-0552. We read every message personally.

Timeframe

We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5 business days. When a refund is approved, it is issued back to your original payment method. The funds typically post within 5 to 10 business days after we process it, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve a problem faster and more fairly than a chargeback can. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us forces a formal dispute process and can hold up a resolution we would have been glad to give you directly. We keep records of deliverables and communications, and we will respond to disputes with that documentation.

Our approach to satisfaction

We will not over-promise. We do not guarantee a specific business result, because results depend on factors outside our control — your market, your follow-through, and timing. What we will do is stand behind the quality of our work. If you feel a deliverable missed the mark, tell us. We would rather fix it, redo it, or talk it through than leave you unhappy. Honest feedback makes the work better and is always welcome.

Questions
