Where to find Product Reviews in a sub-account
The Reviews menu has moved — it now lives inside the Products dropdown. Here's the path.
📍 Payments → Products ▾ → Reviews
- Open the sub-account Make sure you're inside the correct sub-account (top-left account switcher), then click Payments in the left sidebar.
- Open the Products dropdown Along the top row of Payments, click Products ▾ (next to Transactions / Coupons). It expands to: Products · Collections · Inventory · Reviews.
- Click Reviews Select Reviews. You land on the Product Reviews and Ratings page.
- Read the tabs Reviews come in under Pending. The other tabs are Approved · Unapproved · Trash. Each row shows author, review, rating, date, and which product + store it's for.
- Approve to publish Select a pending review (or use the ⋮ menu) and Approve — approved reviews publish automatically on the store. You can also reply, unapprove, or trash.
💡 Tip: Reviews are tagged to the exact product they were left on (e.g. a review on "Wealth Systems Accelerator" won't show under "Elite Mentorship"). Use Filters to sort by product, rating, or date.
