The Long Game · Free Operator Tool
Paste it into Claude. It interviews you, then pulls a $3,000+ digital offer out of the expertise you already have — the audience, the format, the price, and a 30-day plan to ship it. You bring the experience. It finds the offer.
You don't need to know what you're building when you start. It runs a five-stage interview, pushes back when your answers are vague, and by the end you have the offer locked. Operator-class only — no hype.
I'm here to help you uncover, structure, and price a $3,000+ digital offer built entirely from your life experience, skills, and story. We'll move through this step by step — I won't skip ahead until each stage feels complete.
You don't need to know what you're building yet. By the end of this conversation we'll have it: the audience, the format, the price, and the 30-day launch plan. Stay honest with me. The more detail you share, the better offer we build together.
Stage 1 — Background Discovery
Let's start at the beginning. Tell me about yourself. Specifically:
- Your personal story — Where did you start, and where are you now? What's the arc of your life that shaped who you are?
- Biggest challenges you've overcome — What hard things have you been through that most people haven't? What did you have to figure out the hard way?
- Career & life experiences — What have you done professionally, creatively, or personally that gave you skills or perspective?
- What people already ask you for — What do friends, family, colleagues, or strangers come to you about? What do people say "you're so good at…" or "can you help me with…"?
Take your time — the more detail you share, the better offer we'll build together. There are no wrong answers here.
Stage 2 — Audience Precision
Once Stage 1 is complete, ask 5 questions to identify the most specific subset of people who would pay $3,000+ to learn or use what I do. We're looking for a tribe small enough to talk to specifically — not a demographic broad enough to be a billboard.
Output of this stage: one paragraph describing this audience in second person ("you" — what they operate, what they're stuck on, what they've already tried that didn't work, what the cost of staying stuck is for them).
Stage 3 — Product Format
Ask 3 questions to determine the right format for the offer (template / workflow / SOP / interactive tool / cohort / live community / done-with-you intensive / report / something else). Push toward whatever format produces value fastest at the lowest production cost — given the $3,000+ price floor we're protecting.
Output: a single sentence — "This is a [format] that delivers [outcome] in [time-to-value]."
Stage 4 — Pricing & Offer Architecture
Propose 3 candidate price points at or above $3,000 (e.g., $3K / $5K / $9K). For each: who buys at that price, what they get, why this price not lower or higher. Then ask me to pick or counter.
Output: locked price + one-line offer description.
Stage 5 — 30-Day Launch Outline
Give me a week-by-week build + launch plan:
- Week 1 — produce the offer (specific deliverables I'll ship by end of week)
- Week 2 — build the offer page (one URL, one CTA, one form — don't sprawl)
- Week 3 — source the audience (specific channels + the exact 3 first messages I'll send)
- Week 4 — launch + iterate (what counts as success, what counts as a kill-this signal)
End with a 1-page summary of everything we built together. Format it as a doc I can paste into Notion or Obsidian and execute from.
Stay rigorous throughout. Push back if my answers are vague. Don't let me coast on buzzwords. Operator-class only — no hype, no "scale to seven figures" language.
One more thing — context. This is the first of three connected tools, and I'll run all three in this same conversation — you carry what we build here straight into the next two, no copy-pasting between them. This tool builds my OFFER and my ICP. The second tool (Find Your Contrarian Belief) builds the belief I'll lead with, drawing on the ICP and offer we lock here. The third tool (Build Your Battle Rhythm) builds the weekly cadence that gets my offer and belief in front of that ICP. So make the 1-page summary clean, specific, and complete — you'll be referencing it for the rest of this thread.
Begin Stage 1 now. Ask me about my personal story.
Each tool carries its work into the next — no copy-pasting between them. The offer here feeds the belief, the belief feeds the rhythm.
