Launch ads in
3 days. Tracked.

Most service-business ads fail before they ever run — no real offer, fuzzy audience, no pixel, and no way to tell what worked. This is the exact checklist I run to take a business from zero to live, tracked paid ads in three days. Three days, three jobs. Print it, work it top to bottom, launch.

The checklist

The order matters. Skip the foundation and you're paying to learn nothing. Do these in sequence and by the end of Day 3 you have a campaign live, tracked, and ready to read.

Day 1Build the foundation

Before a single dollar of spend. This is the day that decides whether the next two matter.

  • Lock the offer. One clear thing, one clear reason to act now — not "we do everything."
  • Define the audience. Who exactly: geography, the job they need done, the trigger that makes them search.
  • Write the ICP in one line. Their pain, their buying trigger, the objection you have to beat.
  • Build the destination. A landing page or lead form that loads fast and asks for the minimum.
  • Install the pixel. Pixel on the page, conversion event on the lead/booking — verified firing before launch.
Day 2Build the creative

The ad is the part people see — but it only works because Day 1 told it who to talk to.

  • Hook first. The first three seconds earn the rest. Lead with the problem they feel, not your name.
  • One angle per ad. Test angles, don't cram them. Tag each creative so you know what's being tested.
  • Make 3+ variations. You can't pick the winner — the audience does. Give them options to choose from.
  • Match the message to the page. The promise in the ad is the headline on the landing page. No bait-and-switch.
  • Polish, then ship. Captions, clean cut, a clear call to action. Done beats perfect — you'll iterate from data.
Day 3Build the campaign & launch

Assemble it, point it at the right people, start small, and read what comes back.

  • Configure targeting. Audience, geography, interests — matched to the Day 1 ICP, not the default.
  • Set a soft-launch budget. ~$30–$100/day to let the platform learn before you scale.
  • Link the conversion. Campaign objective tied to your lead form / booking event, not just traffic.
  • Test before full spend. Run a small validation pass on targeting and messaging first.
  • Launch — then watch. CTR above ~1.5% cold, lowest cost-per-lead wins. Scale the winner, kill the rest.

The honest part

Anyone can boost a post. What separates a campaign that pays from one that drains is everything you can't see in the ad: the offer, the audience, the pixel, the page, and the read on what's working. This checklist is the plumbing. If you'd rather not run it yourself, that's the exact work I build, install, and hand over — done, not just explained.

Common questions

Yes — if the three days each have one job. Day 1 is the foundation (offer, audience, pixel and conversion tracking). Day 2 is the creative. Day 3 is building the campaign and launching it on a small test budget. The checklist keeps you from skipping the parts that quietly break a campaign.

Start with a soft launch of roughly $30–$100/day so the platform can learn before you scale. Run a small-budget test first to validate targeting and messaging, then put money behind the winning creative.

Yes. Install the pixel and a conversion event (lead form or booking) on Day 1, before any spend. Without tracking you can't tell which creative actually produced leads, and you'll optimize blind.

Watch click-through rate (target above ~1.5% for cold audiences), cost per lead, and the lead-to-booking rate. The winning creative is the one with the highest CTR and lowest cost per lead — scale that, kill the rest.
